Owing to a concoction of my professional experience from Journalism to Advertising to UX design, I’ve been able to evolve through 13 years of my career, into an inclusive storyteller, an insightful ideator & a passionate accessibility enabler.
I first started thinking like a UX designer when I began my stint in Advertising. This is when I gained the perspective to understand audience/users from a demographic as well as psychographic point of view. Thinking as a marketeer also made observing human behaviour, researching & finding digital insights, second nature to me. Collaborating with visual designers, writers, program leads and other planners on a daily basis, to seamlessly come out with foolproof solutions for brand challenges at hand has been my jam for a while.
In-short, problem-solving of brand briefs, analysing audience/user behaviour and coming up with creative solutions is at the heart of what I do. I recently earned my certificate in UX Design & the journey so far has been quite similar to that in advertising and uniquely enriching too.
When I’m not racking my brains over a brief, I happily turn into a daydreamer & a wannabe Michelin star chef. I believe in conscious living, aware decision making & spreading zen vibes.
